Hardfloor is a German techno duo, consisting of Oliver Bondzio and Ramon Zenker.

early mainstream dance was known as house, acid house was underground, later it became more synonymous for the 303 sound.

as the music developed in the early-mid 90's rather than just 'dance music' or 'house' more categories developed, hardcore, progressive house, drum & bass, techno & trance.

hardfloor were 'techno-trance', i liked them because they were one of the first to bring back a 303 flavour. their 94 'respect' album lists many house/acid house artists that influenced them.
