  • This guy is gifted, talk about bringing the spirit of Bach back

  • Ah, this is the only performance of this work on YouTube I've heard that I'd give the tick to. This guy has got it. Manuals coming over too legato, though: this may be due to the recording/acoustics. Either adjust your playing so it's *too* detached from where you are (so it's good for the mike), or experiment with the mike location. Aim for crispness in the semiquavers. (Watch the redundant body-movement.) WELL DONE INDEED. I've looked you up on Wikipedia.

  • This is a brilliant performance of one of Bach's greatest works. I have heard so many performances of this over many years, and it is rare to hear someone who captures the emotional and structural spectrum of the work so completely. These 'concerto' preludes (c.f. the B minor bwv544 and the C minor bwv546) are, I think, amongst some of Bach's most beautiful output. Many thanks for such a majestic performance.

  • Great playing. Congratulations young man.

  • Thanks again for giving us such a musical gift Bàlint,it is a great pleasure to listen too

    Many greetings from Berlin (Germany).
