I do use a tracker (pokertracker 3) back then it was pokeroffice....for some reason it didnt show up when I recorded video but it was there. Thanks for the tip anyway :)

Im not the best person to be asking for advice on this though as ive rarely tried but basically you need to be more aggressive 6 handed. Im more of a harrington *sigh*
you can click on previous hand in top left of the screen on pokerstars(i think this is the window you refer to) to bring up previous hands. This only works if you are playing on the table but will show mucked hands that reached a showdown whether you are in the pot or not.
