  • Instructions are a great thing, but you also need decent equipment... the machine I use does not have half those adjustments, and the weight only goes as far as 150lb.

  • in a sports perspective is this exercise functional for the hamstrings? I know rdls are but I need more ham work

  • great tip on how to adjust and loosen the part where you rest your legs on... I always help so many people on that machine to get the screw to loosen up!!!!
