i am a black girl. I am young too. My parents always told me to be confident in myself and never let anyone tear me down. Throughout my life, I know that me, being an American, black girls or women are not as appreciated as other ethnic groups. But people like this man give me faith in todays society.

Black is not a term that people of color adopted in America, it was something we were considered during slavery because are ancestors came from Africa. Caucasians are not necessarily a mixed race. No, Barbados is a little more mixed up than african americans. Most dark skinned african americans are straight sub-saharan african. From the congos. The lighter ones are the ones who clearly had some european ancestory. Overall guys like 50 cent, mike tyson and biggie smalls have probably about 0% european blood.
