this guys really bad.. my mains an ele sham, this guy doesnt even have lightning shield on for fulmination!? its like the 2nd most used spell by ele shams when its up, also he doesnt even have the glyph of unleashed lightning to move while you cast it.. just embarrassing when you put up a video like that lol.

@Luke92UK idk about the totems but there are 3 of each targetting spell, 1 for each enemy team player. e.g hex 1 targets arena enemy one, hex 2 targets arena enemy two, etc.

@mooman150 Ofc they're the same spell, it's very common to see people having the same spell with different macros for it in pvp, but since they all share the same tooltip they'll all go on cooldown, never said anything about different spells. It's most likely something such as one macro for the normal spell, one to use it on a focused target and one to use it on assist of a friendly target or something like that.
