Why? Didn't Hamas sign peace negotiations with Israel in June of 08? Then, days later they started sending rockets into Israel again, right? So how is that lying or brainwashing?
I'm not being coy. I am really wondering why everyone seems to think Israel is the bad guy here. Don't they have a right to defend protect themselves after waiting 6 months to finally do something? They waited 6 months and it never stopped, so finally they counter-attacked. Wouldn't you?

Israel broke that ceasefire by refusing to stop the blockade that caused months & months of suffering. Palestinians were reduced to eating garbage & drinking filthy water. I'm not saying Hamas was right in what they were doing but I can see how they were driven to such drastic actions.

I just went and read several articles on what you said, so thanks for the info. It is my understanding from what I read, that the reason Israelis blocked humanitarian efforts to get food and aid through the Gaza strip was because right after they signed the peace agreement-Hamas started firing rockets from the strip, so Israelis moved back into the Gaza strip to stop the rockets and firing on Israel's land. Is that not true?

Yes, free palestine, and if, hamas fired rockets on Kansas,everything would change, hamas wouldn't be the kind ones, and this "genocide" would cease to exist. But of course, since Israel is doing it, it gives the whole world a right to blame them AGAIN.
