@MrRaajArora Yes the mill does have a 4th axis. However maybe you are confused the X3 is not referring to the axis count. It is a model. This particular mill is the Sieg X3 Small Mill. It is a bench top mill that obviously they added a 4th axis to. The 4th axis appears to be made from a converted rotary table.

Nice job,could you not set the machine to cut the next slot on the return stroke,therby halving the process time?
