Damn, that is some good editing right there. Makes me wanna do something between Snake and Ocelot, but not only from MGS3. Actually, my first Snake and The Boss tribute was made using this song and it got blocked. You can't even imagine the frustrations I went through. But anyways, this video is just too powerful man.

Theres so many variants to the ending of this to do with the guns. If you pick the right gun, then aiming at him makes the bullet a blank, aiming away from him makes the bullet real as it ricochets off the wall, while not firing has Ocelot questioning Snake as to why he didn't fire. In comparison, picking the wrong gun ends up with Ocelot firing a blank at you, before celebrating his victory, he then leaves Snake the other gun, before jumping out of the plane by himself.

Big Boss aka Naked Snake was the first and "original" Snake.

He has three Clones (and in some way sons):

Solid Snake

Liquid Snake

Solidus Snake

That's why they're calling each other brothers. And Big Boss (Naked Snake) is their father.

@BadApple64 Basically, he's their genetic father, in that they were clones using his DNA by the Les Enfants Terrables project (mind you, not willingly, he had no idea he was cloned until it happened, and he was so outraged that he quit the organisation and turned on them for trying to use his DNA for a weapon, creating children who had nothing but to be made into tools for the organisation)

Very nice. Personally, I've always seen as Big Boss and Ocelot as an almost, Father and Son thing...KIND OF. I mean, Ocelot never TRULY met his parents...so he had no one to point out his mistakes.
