@mikifuryy Ah, I had the same problem, I know a solution. Right click your desktop, open "Screen resolution", then open the "Advanced settings section". Leave these windows open and start up your game! (It may not work sometimes, just keep trying.)

and was going to look like the other two Fallout but it got canceled .

Then bethesda took the job of creating the 3rd fallout and in inspiration of the elder scroll series it was in first person.

And fallout New Vegas was made by interplay and there are a ton of fallout 1 n 2 references in that 1 (for instance the New California Republic wich was supposedly started by Kilian a character from fallout 1).

I'm not saying Fallout 3 is a bad game, I enjoyed it. It's just a bad Fallout game. It kinda jumps canon on quite a few minor issues, which is where I really like to see a continued story hold up.

@evilkiller108 i have fallout new vegas and fallout 3 i think 3 is better shure there are a couple of bad things but the story line makes up for it(new vegas)u get shot in the head buried and then a cowboy robot digs u up and somehow your still alive.............and then you continue as if nothing ever happened
