The part at 4:21 when he spins on the bar seat is one of the funniest parts of any stooge short. Just the fact that someone thought that skit up made us wonder what kind of comedic genius the writers were for the time.
Beethoven had the 9th symphony, the 3 stooges had "Dutiful But Dumb". This has to be their best ever! it's been a personal favorite for most of my life.
