A lot of nations in the middle east are modernize their military. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, and Turkey are modernizing their military. They are getting some of the best and advance weapons from Russia, UK, France, Germany, China, Ukraine, and USA. The nations in middle east are spending over tons of billion dollar closer to trillion dollars worth of weapons. Israel can't attack Iran. But that is just about it, most of the rest of the american aid we get is used as bribe money to keep my current military generals in place, as an incentive to maintain the current parlimentary constitution, as sadly, that is what the our Tantawi, head of our military, is in charge of.

Israel can't attack Iran is because Saudi Arabia and Turkey won't let Israel use their airspace. Saudi Arabia buying 12 advance S-400 SAM that has 8 launchers. The S-400 have the capability to shot down airborne aircraft from 400km and also destroyed ballistic missiles from 3,500km away. The real policy is to isolate Iran. By eliminating its allies like Syria and the hezbullah, Iran is isolated in the ME. the west could not care two shits if the Russians and Chinese still do business with Iran.
