  • Thanks for a great video demonstration. My 1320c makes a lot of noise when warming up and during printing. It makes a kinda squeeking and grinding noise and the colour quality isn't quite right when printing a color page. The problem is I don't know which component needs replacing; is it the drum, the fuser or anything else?

  • The sep pad prevents multiple sheets from feeding into the printer. It separates the pages as they feed from the main tray.
