It is not expected from a senior artist like Jagathy. I fully admire Ranjini, who really opened new diamensions to the anchoring, well experienced, sincere. I never heard Ranjini make funny of any contestant, where as she console them often.

After a year-long process of dedicated judgement by our respected judges, in a few minutes attempt by Jagathy to pull the crowd, questioning the integrity of the results is ridiculous. Our great actor Jagathy should not have commented this way. If he was of the opinion that the judge only has the right to comment on the performance, not an anchor, even he is not supposed to comment on this result. It is contradictory. It shows his dual personality or even no personality..
@1rajphy : Jagathy already told that he is not technically fit to judge the result. He told his own opinion when he was asked to do so. He never question the integrity of the judgement.

I am so happy that I was able to watch it live on TV. Had watched Idea Star Singer and Munch Star Singer from earlier times. Now stopped watching ISS just because of its JUDGES & the shameless Anchor - Renjini Haridas. Our great actor Jagathy should not have commented this way. If he was of the opinion that the judge only has the right to comment on the performance, not an anchor, even he is not supposed to comment on this result. It is contradictory. It shows his dual personality or even no personality..

It was almost midnight when all the drama took place at nishagandhi auditorium. People were leaving the chairs and it was all game over for Asianet. I am so happy that I was able to watch it live on TV. Had watched Idea Star Singer and Munch Star Singer from earlier times. ജഗതി ചേട്ടന് പറഞ്ഞത് 100 % ശരി ആണ്. വളരെ ആരോജകം ആണ് ഇമ്മാതിരി Judgements . ശരിക്കും മഞ്ച് സ്റ്റാര് സിങ്ങര് ഒരു ideal program തന്നെ ആണ്. ദയവു ചെയ്തു സരത്തും ശ്രീകുമാറും ആ പരിപാടി അതിലെ judges ന്റെ ഇടപെടല് എങ്ങനെ എന്ന് ഒന്ന് കണ്ടു മനസിലാക്കണം. എന്തിനു കുറച്ചു നാല് ചിത്ര ചേച്ചിയുടെ കൂടെ ഇരുന്നില്ലേ ഇവന് മാര്. മുല്ലപൂമ്പോടി എട്ടും കിടക്കും കല്ലിനും ഒരു സുഖന്തം ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് തെറ്റാണു എന്ന് ഇത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നു. ദയവു ചെയ്തു ഈ സ്റ്റാര് സിങ്ങര് പരിപാടി വെറുപ്പിക്കല്ലേ എന്നൊരപേക്ഷ..

i have never seen someone so brutally murdering both languages, english and malayalam.....i dunno how many of the malayali viewers actually follow what this anchor says on stage or on show....she shud stop trying 2 make 'unintelligent' comments and using words and phrases in either language which she has no clue about....ending up embarassing herself and the language....'avanavan avanavante pani cheythal mathi'..!!!..hats off 2 jagathy for his very objective and bold criticism....

whatever jagathy says is truth but i think its OK for her to say how she felt about the song as she is also considered as a views point of view and whatever she says is point of view from the audience which they cant say so yes i kind of disagree with jagathy and if he was so considered then he could've had a talk with renjini privately not embarrass her in a public stage and no one is perfect but she is the best anchor i ve seen in any reality tv programmes so i am with u rengini =)
