Man I just finished my install and while this vid was helpful, it does not make up for shear stupidity. I tried for 2 hours straight to get the rear bar on before I realized I was trying to put it on UPSIDE DOWN! Lol. After that it only took about 10 minutes to finish installing it. Great product and easy install (if you aren't as dumb as me)!
i've been following your shows, i like them because not too many shows teach you how to do the basics, even on speed channel, this is great, im thinking of getting a used mustang for 1st car, they seem to be good cars, my friend has a Kenne Bell supercharger, is it possible you would do an in depth episode how to install a s/c kit in the future?
great episode. sway bars are an easy handling upgrade. i like the fact that the hellwig bars are adjustable, did you guys make any adjustments to them or did you just leave them at the default setting?
Thanks! This episode as well as episodes in the upcoming Season 3 feature music from a band in L.A. called COLDWEST! Check them out at myspace coldwest !
Awesome ep as always. I noticed though that you have everything pretty much done on that Mustang except for the easiest and least expensive option the strut tower bar. Or just plain strut bar. How come Duke?
LOL we were just talking about that last week... it's hard to make a full episode over something simple like that, so we'll most likely tie that into another episode either on this Mustang or our grabber orange Mustang.
Just a quick question but I have a pontiac and they use metric fasteners, don't they do that at ford or have they not switched from SAE? Great show glad to see you back.
Most of the bolts and nuts I've seen on newer model Fords have been metric. You can see what tools you'll need for this installation at 1:45 in this episode.

Why it should start first with the middle hole medium setting for the 1st time, not the 3rd one of the harder one please?

so can't you just remove the stock one and drill a pair of holes to decrease the roll
i know that u wont get weight reduction but if you're on a tight budget im sure its duable

Another great and helpful video.

aren't you suppose to tighten up the endlink bolts when the car is on the ground...no preload on the sway bar.

Thank you for watching! We left them at the default (center hole position) setting and they've been perfect!
