i dont know to which side of his biography u r referring to, but moral aspects -whatever they are- dont affect Art. if a Nazi made a masterpiece, that would still be a masterpiece, even if accompanied by the disgust about the person who made it.
Actually they both made a/have a fortune yet in Lennons case he went on about world peace & the poor, & in Bono's case he wants more of my taxes, (& I don't earn a lot compared) for Africa whilst he is a tax exile in Switzerland. As I said, hypocrites both. So I wouldn't give them my money or praise. They say that at least Hitler brought about the VW beatle, I don't think I would praise him though. Sorry.
