I love this commercial. My sixteen year old said "I would SO do that" when she saw it (before the voiceover started." It is hilarious. I don't know what negative comments came out about safety but...come on...it was really funny. Can't we take responsability for our own actions?? It is one of my favorite commercials EVER!!!

@ozaki1 no actually I am 18 and my parents love me. Thats not the point. This is a completely unfair commercial to all new drivers and gives them a bad reputation all for the sake of selling a car. I have a friend who got rear ended by some 40 year old lady, and it was completely the old ladies fault, but her argument was... "They were all probably high, I think I smelled weed." My friend is completely straight edge. Its these kinds of commercials that make irrational people profile good kids.

i love how they are totally bashing teenagers. they pretty much say you have to get a safer car because we are all irresponsible. i understand there are a lot of stupid teenagers but i still don't like this commercial. well the bungee thing was kind of awesome.

Teens are inexperienced drivers which puts them at higher risk for accidents. Just a couple of weeks ago a teen driver came careening off of a flyover feeder in my community at over 100 mph and somehow managed to land the car on the roof of a gym. Unfortunately, the young man did not survive the crash.

Why are they still allowed to air these commercials? As a teen driver i would like to say that this commercial is just reinforcing the stereo type that teens are bad drivers. Frankly we are better drivers than those idiots who are always on the phone when driving.

I absolutely hate these commercials.

Just the other day I was driving along the road doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG, correct lane, obeying the speed limit, when a middle-aged male ADULT, yes, the "best drivers in the world" came towards me in my lane and nearly caused a head-on collision. He was driving in the wrong lane and speeding. I get honked at for stopping at stop signs (which is what you are supposed to do) and other things because I'm a 16 year old driver.

While teens are statistically among the worst drivers, as a teen I find these commercials horribly offensive. We get that teens are not the best drivers, but its wrong to categorize all teens as being bad. And what about elderly drivers? They are just as bad if not worse then teens. I hope so bad that Hyundai plays fair and makes anti elderly commercials.

See the reason that i have a problem with this video is that , since when is it professional to steriotype. I'm the one who did the bungee. It was completely safe, and tested many times with my exact weight.  It was a lot of fun! I would pay to do this, but got paid instead. Oh, and I'm a stunt actress, not just an actress, so it's ok. I love my job!

They switched the words in the commercial. On t.v. it says teenagers not " young adults. Either way it's offensive. Imagine if the commercial said "This year 3 million old people will renewal their Licenses..." They wouldn't though, because they know senior citizens would not put up with that, they only pick on kids because they are "voiceless"
