maybe Rudess made the keyboard create a "harp sound",or maybe Petrucci has a "harp effect" on a pedal that he had custom made.

This is amazingly beautiful. Question: Does anyone know for sure whether or not a harp is used here. If not, what am I hearing that sounds exactly like harp?
