(great title) unfortunately, i can't post the whole episode, but i'm sure you can find the dvd on ebay - while you're on ebay, check out the "freddy's greatest hits" album - i heard it's got some slammin trax, such as freddy singing "wully bully".

The problem with this series is that it looks cheap like no effort was put into the sets alot could have been done when you look at shows today X-files and Buffy even back then there was some shows that didn't have alot of money but effort was but in can't think of one right now But I still love Freddy Nightmares

and I love the Freddy Krueger character Robert Englund one of my favourite actors

The reason why mainly because alot of the actors had to get up early to do it, and robert englund stated that it was too much because of that. and the production never really had alot of money in the production to make things work for them. Also alot of people were going to "Tales from the crypt keeper" because it was on when Freddy's Nightmares was on.

That was a fun TV show, but very low budget. Like "Tales from the Darkside" cheap. Only eight episodes had Freddy as the villain. But these were very good episodes. Freddy just "introduced" the other episodes, like Alfred Hitchcock Presents. A couple of the "classic eight" were better than Elm Street 4 & 5.

That was funny! Freddy TV didnt quite cut it, terrible acting but good efforts. Anyone have any news on this Nightmare prequel that is rumored? That would make a scary addition to the franchise to see freddy as a human (if you can call it that) killing and then going to trial and then getting free because the police cocked up on the search warrant...dah!
