Well skorpion if you want to lose weight the most effective diet is the atkins diet. my mom tried and it worked for her. you can look it up and try it and see if it helps. its a very easy diet where you can still eat foods you like but also lose weight and stay healthy.

I just want to tell you that you will be suprised how much weight you can lose just from drinking the right amount of water! You are supposed to drink half your weight in ounces a day. When your body is clear of extra waste it works more efficiently and it can burn fat much easier. I've lost around 40 pounds and a good 15 came just from drinking water!

I'm down for the weight loss challenge! i have 25 pounds to loose. i started doing my wii fitness plus every morning before and after eating, the balance board records my weight and how many calories i burn with each activity. i do crunches 100 and fifteen pound dumbell workouts for my back muscles, bi-ceps. and dance routines for cardio as well. 4 times a week but i think i'm going to bump tht up to 6 days a week. i will let you know how it goes.
I can easily say that Precious is a movie for women and gays, and im a hetero man, thats why i wont see it. But the truth is im scared as hell to see this movie, the more i read and hear about it, the more i feel i wont be able to handle it.

kevin u can lose 20 lbs alone by not drinking pop.i lost 20 lbs in one month by doing cardio 5 times a week. i do the weight loss program on the elliptical machine,itsa 33 minute program. u can also take classes at ur local gym, its fun and it really works. also, i completely changed my diet, which will help u lose even more. u have to make realistic changes tho. i allowed myself one "bad" meal a week, but some people cant handle that. so make changes that will work for u. love ya and good luck!
i haven't got to see precious yet, but i read the book. & let me tell you, im 21 years old, & i had a very hard time reading. its so disturbing & graphic, but it's very powerful. everyone who sees the movie should read it!

Hey kevin, a great way to lose weight is by writing in a food journal everyday...and not eating after 8:00pm.....and eat every two-three hours (small portions of healthy foods)...i lost 8 pounds just doing that....also do some type of physical activitiy for at least 30mins non stop....

kevin here is something u can try I stopped eating fast food for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds but i wasn't really exercising. I just eliminated that from my diet and it actually made a difference. Try eliminating something like fast food, junk food, or soda for a period of time.

Michael deserves all the nominations at the AMA's he has outsold every artist this year with over 10 million copies sold worldwide, and the AMA's give out awards based on record sales, those are the rules, nothing sneaky or underhanded has happened. Michael got those nominations fair and square. I just want to tell you that you will be suprised how much weight you can lose just from drinking the right amount of water! You are supposed to drink half your weight in ounces a day. When your body is clear of extra waste it works more efficiently and it can burn fat much easier. I've lost around 40 pounds and a good 15 came just from drinking water!

I'm down for the weight loss challenge! i have 25 pounds to loose. i started doing my wii fitness plus every morning before and after eating, the balance board records my weight and how many calories i burn with each activity. i do crunches 100 and fifteen pound dumbell workouts for my back muscles, bi-ceps. and dance routines for cardio as well. 4 times a week but i think i'm going to bump tht up to 6 days a week. i will let you know how it goes.

kevin u can lose 20 lbs alone by not drinking pop.i lost 20 lbs in one month by doing cardio 5 times a week. i do the weight loss program on the elliptical machine,itsa 33 minute program. u can also take classes at ur local gym, its fun and it really works. also, i completely changed my diet, which will help u lose even more. u have to make realistic changes tho. i allowed myself one "bad" meal a week, but some people cant handle that. so make changes that will work for u. love ya and good luck!

Hey kevin, a great way to lose weight is by writing in a food journal everyday...and not eating after 8:00pm.....and eat every two-three hours (small portions of healthy foods)...i lost 8 pounds just doing that....also do some type of physical activitiy for at least 30mins non stop....

kevin here is something u can try I stopped eating fast food for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds but i wasn't really exercising. I just eliminated that from my diet and it actually made a difference. Try eliminating something like fast food, junk food, or soda for a period of time.

Michael deserves all the nominations at the AMA's he has outsold every artist this year with over 10 million copies sold worldwide, and the AMA's give out awards based on record sales, those are the rules, nothing sneaky or underhanded has happened. Michael got those nominations fair and square. I don't understand why people say he shouldn't be nominated, just because your favourite artist wasn't nominated doesn't mean Michael shouldn't be, he qualifies for every award he has been nominated for.

Kevin can you do an album review on Wale's album Attention Deficit? I never see you do reviews on rap albums, but this one is real good because he touches on the subject of color descrimination in the black community (which you and your sister have talked about before) in the song Shades. 90210 talkes about a young girl doing whatever to fit in. Other good songs that I think you will like are Diary, Beautiful Bliss, Contemplate, and Prescription. the only gogo songs are the ones on the radio.

I agree that whether Whitney Houston is in good or bad voice she will bring it. Houston has been bringing it lately. I cannot wait to see her. Houston is RATINGS GOLD for any show. Love Janet and looking forward to her performances as well. Janet brought the house down with her tribute to her brother at the MTV Video Awards.

I couldn't agree more. If Michael was still alive he wouldn't have been nominated. I don't think it's a problem that Beyonce won't be there. Even though i'm not crazy about her but she is usually at all the awards shows so no one should be too upset that she's missing this one. Mariah did have on makeup.
She said that she was purposely made to not look like herself, which includes the mustache.
Obviously saying she has no makeup on was a promotional tool. I hate that people really thinks she looks like that without makeup.
And Monique won't win an oscar because it wasn't hard playing herself. And the same goes for the other fat girl. That's how they are in real life.
Now Mariah will easily win an Oscar. She was so convincing in the film.
