You need a decent processor and graphics card for this emulator, as you're emulating a moderately powerful console, especially when there's not a PERFECT emulator that can squeeze tiny amounts of power from your computer to run the gamecube emulator, since the gamecube is a budget computer with firmware optimized for it.

Dolphin doesn't recommend people using intel GMA(Intel graphics card).
So if you are upgrade your graphics card. Also upgrade your cpu for smoother frame rates.

Something must be wrong with your settings. I can run the game with higher FPS on a Ati x200 Celeron D 3.20 GHZ.

Graphics card needs to be updated. get driver genius professional. I had same problem before.

I think it might be your video card. I had similar problems on my computer (64-bit, 4 gig RAM, similar to yours)
