JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. In Pakistans civil courts if a judge unnecessarily delays the decision a team of lawyers gets together gives him a heavy spanking & threatens to have him kicked out of that city by the help of their bar council. But is that the solution to the problem? The Supreme Judicial Council & the lawyers forum must work out an applicable formula to ensure timely justice as thats the only remedy to end the rule of political filth & to ensure Pakistans stable existence

With the help & guidance of Supreme Judicial Council Lawyers Bar Councils must work out an auditing/accountability principal to enforce JUSTICE. As JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. If the lawyers forums think on earning money by delayed tactics then Pakistan will always remain in the worst condition in all departments of life and political filth will continue ruling Pakistan. Another Quaid E Azam can emerge from Lawyers forum preferably but sincerity is the basic condition.

The Chief Justice is there trying to straighten the judiciary inclusive of all the judges & the lawyers but that's all he can do. As the constitution making body is the parliament majority of which is the political filth of Pakistan now being exposed at a great pace by the media from all ends. Even if one goes to the judiciary to have his appeal/witness recorded its not done without bribe. If one gets a decision being his right he doesn't get it without paying for it. Chief please solve it.

On blaming a lawyer for destroying the process of justice in Pakistan by finding loopholes & using justice delaying tactics he said Loopholes are there in Pakistans Constitution. When any law or amendment is passed & finalized it contains loopholes & they are created to enable the corrupt class rule us in all departments. Result is before all. Pakistan after 62yrs still stands in the undeveloped, poor & corrupt nations. Can the Chief Justice of Pakistan make a team to remove these loopholes.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Unluckily most lawyers in Pakistan are one of the root causes of mischief being exercised at Pakistan since 1947. They find loopholes in the constitution, use justice delaying tactics leading to injustice & anarchy finally making way for corrupt politician class to rule us. Bar Council has failed to organize them & keep them away from this devilish behavior. Even a student of law nowadays quotes to hire a judge than a lawyer. Isnt it shocking?

Sr dad oh na dad dust dur dust-e-yazid. TheChief Justice of Pakisran took one bold step which galvanised the lawyers and the public behind the man who opposed the dictator. Now it is for the nation to stand up and be counted and wipe out every one who stands in its way It is about time for Mr Zardari to realise that the nation will not tolerate the corrupt practices he has been used to. the victory is for those who are now on the march to save Pakistan from Zardari and his associates

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Restoration of Law & Judiciary means closing all paths of dogmatism being exercised by anyone from time to time. If Justice is given to every individual irrespective of his sect, color, or wealth it produces in him a sense of protection resulting in devotion to his country & to the institute hes serving in. Devotion leads to the development of an institute resulting in the countrys development at a faster pace. But Justice must be applied at all levels.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. Quaid E Azam also belonged to the lawyer community and successfully fought for freedom of Muslims. Lawyers forum fighting for the restoration of judiciary & constitution must accelerate the speed of justice and must stay away from justice delaying tactics. Only then can the prolific Govt realize the change being demanded by the people alter its lavish ruling style & developing Pakistan can be enabled to stand on its own feet bringing prosperity here.

Judiciary & Constitution have never been made to stabilize in Pakistan since 1947. But now that the media is so strong that all black & white is being clearly exposed revival of Judiciary & Constitution in its original state is the only way to survive whether for Pakistanis or its rulers. The ruling class whether civil or military is no longer appreciated for going against the constitution or dismissal of the judges fighting for the implementation of law & order. This is a fact accepted globally
