These are all types of clouds, there's nothing strange about them at all. They are recognized by meteorologists and they are not HAARP creation or anything else. They just formed in these shapes because of the atmosphere conditions at that point. Wikipedia can help you more. Most of them are shown there. Including the "holes" ...
