isnt it true that All of csx's ex: con units were already painted over cause just 4 days ago a saw a Conrail Quaility in Mckeesport, Pa and was untouched and had a loud and i mean loud! K3LA horn on it sadly i couldnt catch it on my camera!

No there are quite a few ex Conrail on CSX's roster in quality blue. I'm sure its just an oversight cause they sure got rid of everything else ASAP.
