How do you get the start up screen

to change the start sound, open up the pspwxp folder, click images, them th startup sound is the file "start"(swf file) i just changed the sound with pspwvistas

To the vista portal yes and its just as hard :P

And they have to be flash based and sized correctly for the psp's screen

Humm...not sure why. But I gave up on portals. They kind of sucked so I just did a downgrade and upgrade on my psp and now I am running 3.90 M33-3

its called pspwxp and its not really vista or xp, its just modeled to look like it.

its a portal. Works on any psp. Any firmware just google it
