I don't understand why record companies are complainng about tracks being on dance videos. If I hear a good one, I go straight to amazon and buy it. Not smart guys!

Greed wins over reason. These aren't even complete songs, just like sampling on Amazon with the additional motiviation to buy it to not only listen to, but dance to it and have others hear it as well. Record companies run by DUMB & DUMBER (or is that GREEDIER).

I believe they are given a bit of time for practising together. If not than improvisation is amaizing!

nope...no practice time because you don't know who you will be dancing with. At this level, competitors have danced together before but stil...they don't know what song they will have so it's all IMPROV! :o)

The whole point of WCS is that it is a social dance that is lead and follow - it's a big kick when you dance with someone who reads you well enough to look like that!

Well they have danced together before - but not that day :-) It's called a Jack & Jill in dance speak - that means - "luck of the draw". The dancers in the contest may know the dancers but are not usually their regular partners

As an ex-hoofer Kyle Redd is fantastic...very smooth and light on his feet. Favorite team Klye Redd and Sarah v Drake. check out Jordon Frisbe and Tatiana Mallmann...hope i spelled that correctly...this couple is really smooth a lot of blues moves.
