The name of this song is "Maybe Some Day." It's the last track on Nathan's album 'In His Own Worlds.' I'm not sure where the name "Benevento Apartment Song" came from, or the story about it being written that day. "In His Own Worlds" was released 2007.
Sick show.. apparently the guys were hanging out at Marco Benevento's place earlier that day and wrote this song.. first time ever played live and its a GEM!!
