@ggreedyjew sliding genioplasties make your face look longer and less feminine in 99% of cases unless you have a nice shaped chin or your maxfax is excellent bone carver, this guy has the right idea with his implants, SGs suck IMO I should know I'm getting mine reversed, made me look like a man with a massive jaw, what a nightmare

she would have benefit more from a sliding genioplasty. they would have pushed her chin bone forward while not sacrificing the feminine horizontal narrow shape. now she appears less feminine due to that wide horizontal implant.

I had this here in Italy on February 26th,local + sedation,I was awake,relaxed,no pain at all.Just numb for about one week.Could not sleep on my side for 2 weeks.Happy with the result. / 3000.- € all inclusive.

Got my chin done now, had it for just over 1 month. I was put to sleep for the op, no pain really afterward, just felt weird and tired after. I slept a lot that day, when I woke up I went to see my friend, it doesn't really hold you back from too much activity, just don't try heavy physical stuff. I took anti inflammatory pills for about 2 weeks. I would recommend anyone to do it, its made me much more confident. Eivob, it lasts forever, unless you get it surgically removed lol.

@holo19 hey I got a medium sized one, I'm a chick so the surgeon said anything bigger would give me a square masculine looking jaw, and i didn't want that look so the medium was perfect :-)

@cbrown1234567890 It went well, I'm healed now, the scar is finally fading. About 4 hours after the procedure, I was discharged from hospital. This varies though, my blood pressure was too low so I had to wait until it went back to normal. All I wanted to do was get out of there and go do something.

This is brilliant.  I would like to see videos like this up on Youtube for ALL surgical procedures. And what a great surgeon! He explains everything so well, and you can hear the respect / care for patient in his tone and choice of words.
