@cricketgd as I am not the installer - I don't know all the tricks, but on this one I watched them use electricians push / pull rods to push in at the tv end and they put a hand into the hole in the cupboard to catch the rod then pulled it through to get the cable. Took over an hour to catch the rod.... but it worked...
I do admire the installation of this tv. I am not sure if this TV was installed in the states, but there is a big problem with this job. You technically arent supposed to run power cords behind drywall, its againts the National electric code. Conduit should be used, or an outlet should be installed behind the tv.
We recommend the kits from DIYHDTV.com - they include everything you need for a successful DIY TV Wall Mounting Installation.

Exactly as it should be done, but no mention made as to how to fix to a stud wall or how to route cables

I am a little confused by the wall in this installation. How do you run the wires behind it? Are there no studs?
Also, that seems like a lot of holes for a TV.. but I guess that could have to do with your mystery wall.

what's the material those walls are made of?
-see i'm not from europe, or either united states, and my wall is made of bricks, so i think it would be impossible to get those cables through it
