Im a big fan of yamagishi. we have similar qualitites. I think that he needs to add more overall bicep and tricep size to complete the look he has. as you can see he has 30+ inch quads.

I heard he got busted for roids in an airport on his way back from Japan. Also that Milos was waiting for him in the airport at the time of the bust. Hide is in jail now.

Hidetada is totally exhausted at the end of this posing routine-because he is proud to be a trailblazer for the Japanese in BB-the Koreans and Japanese have great BB physiques-and their proud of their physiques by the smiles on their faces when posing......

Milos Sarcev is a great trainer. Yamagishi came in at 176 lb.s , super conditioned @ the Olympia. Compared to all the 200+, Yamagishi beasted out. Great improvement on the dude.

i was just ate breakfast with him in hawaii 11/03/07 after he guest posed at the paradise cup and he said he was 215 at the 07 olympia....great guy and great physique.
