  • I am fighting with a candida yeast infection for over years now. I tried many things without real succes. Im on my last strow here until I need heavy anti-biotics (which are the cause of candida usually, the ironny).

What do you suggest ? I have just done a 30 days H202 trial and it made me extremely nautious, but nearly no die-off symptoms.

  • Based on what you eventually said, can leaky gut be described as excessive (small) intestinal permability? (the tube was a good visual) If so, then maybe you can say that in your introduction next time instead of saying that leaky gut is basically a leaky gut. so no, not very articulate in the beginnging, but once you got going, it was REALLY GOOD. I'm glad I hung in there with you. I'll be going to see the rest of your videos and check out the website. thanks.

  • I like how we live in the most richest countries, yet have the worst health problems...oh the ironyy

  • 5 grams of l-glutamine... so 10 500mg pills a day? Says 1-2 pills, but if I'm trying to fix leaky gut how many per day?

  • @CambioJoe get the powder

  • @CambioJoe Renew Life makes a product called IntestiNew that is mostly L-Glutamine (5,000 mg), 6 other ingredients including ginger and that's it. my leaky gut resulted in alopecia (autoimmune). In about 2 weeks of using this an their Organic Cleanse, all the holes in my hair are covered with new hair and the original thickness has returned. now I have to address the inflammation...

  • @CambioJoe it says to take it once or twice a day. I called the customer service line and was told to take it for 3 months and I will. this is my first time on this page and I'm looking fwd to what other info Yelkaim has to share.

  • I have high mercury, lead, candida, and leaky gut. which one should one heal first ? I am doing monthly oral chelation right now but im not sure if its helping any if i just reabsorb all the metals through my leaky gut again.

  • @eugkra34: If you are interest there is a naturopathic approach for metal / chemical removal on my channel.

  • Anything can cause leaky gut: low stomach acid, pancreatic insufficiency, yeast, bile imbalance, food allergies, etc. The challenge is finding the true cause of leaky gut.

  • @kalkeikuu I think mine was a combination of always having had a sluggish digestion; eating late at night; too much sugar foods and foods that break down into sugar; not enough sleep or water, but mostly, it was going to bed on a full stomach and then only sleeping 4 or 5 hours a night. I saw myself fall apart until my skin started to crumble and I developed alopecia.

  • @goldentrophy........I read Dr. Douglas Graham's book "The 80/10 /10 Diet, followed it about 90 percent, stopped taking all supplements for candida and leaky gut.I allowed raw food to do what it do.....I noticed healing almost instantly.I'd say within a week I had 2-4 bowel movements everyday, after being constipated all my life.My symptoms cleared up as well.Check out Dr. Graham here on youtube.Let me know what you think.Peace and Blessings.Celeste

  • @Angelicalovessolur Thanks alot I will most definitely check that out especiallly since a raw food diet is something that always intrigued me.

  • I just found out that I have intestinal candida, along with leaky gut. Which one should be treated first?

  • @kalkeikuu start with the leaky gut... it's responsible for 80% of our immune system's response. Your other symptoms will cease with the strict regime for curing your gut. read the leaky gut cure report for free online

  • @kalkeikuu: We placed a naturopathic Approach for Constipation, Sluggish Bowel and Poor Absorption that works wonders on leaky gut syndrome. It is on our channel in the comment section.

  • People with Leaky Gut may actually have CELIAC DISEASE PLEASE LOOK IT UP AND GET THE BLOOD TEST... GLUTEN FREE AND CLEANSING WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE. often have general gastric complaints, such as intermittent diarrhea, abdominal pain and bloating. Some people with celiac disease, however, suffer no gastrointestinal discomfort at all.

  • Thank you, I am all for cleansing. I was misdiagnosed with IBS but after a long time of suffering I found out I have CELIAC DISEASE... IF YOU HAVE symptoms of leaky gut or other stomach symptoms demand the CELIAC DISEASE blood test! It can save your life... Cleansing and a 100% Gluten free diet are the only thing that will help: People with celiac disease often have general gastric

  • I get this once in a while. And it is from drinking too much coffee. I try to limit my coffee drinking to no more than three cups a day.

In order to get back to normal, I also get help from Asacol that my doctor prescribed. I only take it when I need it. I have a zillion of these pills left over from when I used to take Asacol every day. Then I discovered I didn't need them unless I had a problem.

That OTC orange stuff recommended for old people who get the runs also helps somewhat.

  • Try to make big money on peoples illnes is just WRONG, man.

Leaky gut is real, but one can do it's own research, you dont have to milk money out of people for it.

  • @Moggesa i doubt this guy makes "BIG" money... if he was he wouldn't put out free info on youtube. Now pharmaceutical companies are the ones with motives not this man!!

  • @Moggesa shut up troll

  • Bad bacteria - good bacteria? Silly! You didn't really mean that, did you????

  • Awesome explaination Man!! Hats Off!!

  • wow great video, I think this is why my acne is soo bad. 5/5

  • I've now been taking Glutamine for 4 weeks now and the results have been amazing - 3g x 2 = 6g a day and it's made a huge difference - great video

  • This is a really great video and explains Leaky Gut very well.

I myself have started taking Glutamine as suggested in the video and it's only been a week but I've noticed many positive benefits to my digestion, but also noticed other benefits including that I'm sleeping much better and when I wake up in the mornings my face is no longer all puffy.

  • After my colon cleansing, should I perhaps have some anal bleaching done as well? Please reply, doctor...

  • Leaky gut is real, but colon cleansing wont help. It is the small intestine which is responsible for nutrient absorption and the site of villi blunting and loss of tight junction. The key is to subtract or antagonize the anti-nutrients responsible for causing permeability. Lectins, gliadin, tomatins, saponins, capsaicin all are thought to be involved.

  • Can leaky gut syndrome cause psoriasis?

  • @navylaks2 -imo; the skin shows signs of gut troubles...might be an idea to increase good fatty acids into your diet - like using , for instance - organic! seed oils of various types, plenty organic fruits/vegof good reknown [via trusted reccomends] , stop eating sugars, wheat/dairy and animals [if you do]

if you can get your foods locally - nature heals nature.

speak to a natural dietician -- know your symptoms -know your way to health . good luck .

  • @navylaks2 most definately... I've been suffering with chronic dermatits which in my opinion is worse than exzema and psoriasis. All are overactive immune responses which can inadvertantly lead to an auto immune disorder.

  • 5:50+ or so if you want how to heal

  • -addition to below-

i should mention the below remedy is for a person of genetic blood type 0 - we are all different, a blood type A would need to stick to high proteins of a vegetarian source, as they dont have the same stomach enzymes that type 0s do

  • FIX LEAKY GUT: Eat high protein foods- meats, fish ( heals the stomach, regulates the blood sugar levels and allows the heal to take place..keeps bad bacteria to safe ammount.

a tea spoon of manuka honey every morning, and nite - to kill off any harmful levels of bacteria in the gut

u should see the benefits in days! - no caffeine, drugs, alcohol, sugar, wheat, dairy ..these are harmful at any occassion, but especially this healing time

  • it's just theory, it can't be proved, that's why they don't teach it in med school

  • @Phangmaster I thought it could be confirmed with an ultra-sound. I'm sure they did try to prove the theory.

  • @Phangmaster -do they teach antibiotics make holes in the intestine ?

  • @Phangmaster It's also a fact that general practitioners and specialists are glorified, well-trained lab and pharmacy representatives. That I know through direct experience.

  • I got very useful your video. I was diagnosed with Leaky Gut and what you said was really clear. Would love other video with more detail of glutamine and probiotics, like where to buy them and for how long the dosage, for all life? Thank you

  • Have ever heard of Hives from something like this?

  • @007cincinnati yehh you can get hives from leaky gut

  • Thank you 4 sharing. You're a gift to those seeking true healing. I just picked up some l-glutamine and aloe vera gel caps today. Keeping my diet mostly raw/free from allergy triggers. Healing from a servere case of candida/leaky gut. Your videos are a great education.. Love light grace peace....

  • @Angelicalovessolur How long did it take you to be free of the symptoms? I plan on going on the stict diet in august.

  • @goldentrophy There is a naturopathic regimen for leaky gut.

  • thanks for posting this!

  • I asked my physician about the syndrome. He never heard of it...

  • then he's not a very well informed physician

  • @gunzkillu All right. How can I fix the problem?

  • I AGREE most doctors have no idea this is not covered in med school how sad

  • Yep yo go to them they give you some dumb drug for Depression or whatever, they have no clue about any of this as I have learned.

  • They know drugs only.. Thats all they know and how to treat but not cure.

  • good info, dealing with candida and this all seems to be linked, alkaline diet is working for me..

  • He's cute. Elkaim? Is he Israeli?

  • @haereticusx1 He has a French accent you find in Montreal.

  • I am a leaky gut nightmare! I had Guillian-Barre syndrome at 17 years old, gall stones at the same age, started getting acne at 18 and am still struggling with it. Now I have a fungus infection. I hope this advice helps.

  • how long does it take to heal leaky gut? and does candida have to be addressed first?

  • Leaky Gut can never be healed if parasites and Candida flourish your body. Eradicate the Candida and if parasites are present eradicate that as well takes about 6 months on a strict diet than you can work on healing leaky gut but most of the time leaky gut get's cured while treating Candida.

  • I have this thing where I have to constantly eat bread every so often, feels like a hunger pain that goes away with eating bread

  • sounds like a food sensitivity to me. Craving followed by satisfaction is a hallmark sign.

  • its a yeast infection ..Candida

  • @MaelMan82 Can also be a form of sugar addiction. The starches from breads get turned to sugar.

  • @MaelMan82 ulcer. (or just acidosis) You're soaking up the excess stomach acid with the bread.

  • @MaelMan82 "In fact, you are typically most intolerant to the foods that you crave the most and have the hardest time not eating. This happens because these foods are broken down into opiate like structures during digestion. When leaky gut is present, these opiates easily travel into the blood stream and to the brain. This alters your brain chemistry and creates addiction much the same as if you were to use opiate drugs." -leaky gut cure dot com

  • i hve eczema and ibs the drs obviously dont think theyre linked but i know better im pritty sure i got leaky gut and candidiasis im finding it really hard to eat anything without feeling aweful what would ur advice be?

  • fermented foods for enzyme replacement. Avoid antibiotics.

  • vegetable juice

  • how can I get this info for free, I want to heal my gut too :(

  • absolutely fantastic! i've just been thrown this as a likelyhood for a skin disorder seeing as it's reacted badly to gluten the past ten years. it's now reacting to EVERYTHING which is freaking me out as i can no longer control it but have been already put on l-glutamine and a probiotic by by herbalist. many thanks for making this so much more understandable! A+++

  • thanks for making this understandable. Great visual with that tube with the holes!! I put this on my blog today (TheSkinnyOnline) so my readers can learn. Thanks!
