i havent played this in years but i remember that if u use the big head cheat while fighting the giant eye it streches everywere and it just looks like a paper thin slug lolz
activate the big cheat, start a multiplayer game with player 2 ingame, then use the cheat menu to warp to levels or bosses from the single player campaign.
