@consciousnessjam Its not a Demo. The main vocal track was F-U-C-K-I-N-G pulled out.I can do that on my Tascam 2488. The vocals are double tracked on the cd. Labrie doing mains and Petrucci doing the second harmony. Any musician can figure that out! Good lord @consciousnessjam !

if i'm correct, then JP wrote this song?...i listen to dream theater, but i'm doing doing any hard research here. Im thinking that JP recorded this as a vocal score to aid JL in singing this, to get the phrasing right, etc. Although the vocals may have been edited (with what i will only call "vocal correction software") they probs were only edited for the special edition version of the album, not as the intended way for it to be used.
