it sounds stupid but if you can trust it then ebay has a few companies selling direct over it. also amazon has a few aswell. they tend to be high beginner to intermidiate quality equipment but for the price they charge its really good.

hey guys save money on stencils!. get 2d design (cad package) and connect to laser cutter. Cuts out the stencil out of card, dipose of when finished, or acrylic sheet. I'm lucky I work with a cutter. In 2d just grab an image as a jpeg and trace command. Got all my skulls and portraits of people done this way. SOOOOOOOOOO easy!

Very well done!

Only thing I'd suggest is to rotate your stencil, that way the bulletholes aren't all the same and don't look mass-produced.
