Bunion: Postoperative Range of Motion

I am 5 weeks post op bunionectomy and I am having a lot of pain on the side of my foot around the 5th toe. It's tender to touch. I hope this does not mean that my toe is dislocated

I have seen videos of bunion surgeries and also videos that explain what are bunions but not what to do after a surgery just like in this video. I liked that the physician pointed out that pain is definitely expected in joint surgeries like bunions.
