  • The funny thing about this video - it is not "official" Jt LeRoy.

    It was done by other artists ! It is the way being a part of the Jt LeRoy expression of art is something anyone could step into. All that is needed is wigs and sunglasses.

    Warhol sent kids out in his wig and glasses to give his speeches and they did not know it was him. Art should make you examine ! DUH!

  • All that trouble to get a shot of what turned out to be a woman in a crappy wig. Don't feel too badly for the people who were getting filmed; they loved every iota of attention that hoax brought them. Shielding poor lil "JT" just increased his mystique and popularity.

    He was in zoom, if you know cameras at all it is hard to keep a steady shot while zoomed into a subject from a far distance.
