I filleted my wipers...by the time I was done, I had about a hamburger sized meat left over. haha. This is a great video though! I gave it a thumbs up LIKE.
do you realize how much meat you throw away? I mean filleting it is understandable, you cut little fillets and leave off more meat as trash. In other words, you would have to get a whole lots of bass to have a good amount.
