Played using a guitar or a synth it sounds much like a vocoder or auto tune machine, but it takes much more skill on the part of the musician to pull off that wonderful sound. Just been reading Noosha's wiki entry.I remember this music clip(as we called 'em pre MTV) on Australian Top 40 show Countdown,(I was 9 in 1976)and didn't know she was Australian.As an Aussie,I think that's cool.And I think she's great.Sort of a glamrock Betty Boop with attitude.As for the outfit,I think it suits her.At least she's not getting her baps out and acting like a go-go dancer.
