Dynamic water effect in FlightGear

@flightgearx oh right, sorry, you have to enable it, what you do is go View > Rendering Options and then tick Water Reflection, Material Shaders, Particles and that should do it. Also, you have to go to Environment > Time Settings and then click the morning button as it usually works well in the morning. also, go over an area of water, preferably an ocean and then face towards the sun and you should begin to see "the effect"

make sure that you have the latest FG 2.0 release though, you don't need FG GIT, just the latest FG 2.0 release from the FG website

I was watching this morning this old FlightGear 1.9.1 recording, and I was thinking this moment is just here now, since I lost this file long ago. I know I can download it, but I rather just come back and watch it again :) Remember FlightGear 2.0 is out now.

The version I'm using is one of the latest code I downloaded and compiled on Ubuntu. That's why it looks a little different.
