Couldn't agree more with your song, Hank. I hate our FIRST-WORLD PROBLEMS that are just so irrelevant when placed next to tho violent political turmoil, national famines and religious wars in poorer parts of the world. The stuff so many North Americans care about is just so ridiculous.

I resent the philosophy behind the idea that hating our world is motivation to make it a better place. It's more likely to motivate people to complain more and live unhappy lives. We should place emphasis on the things about our world that we love. If we focus on the positives, we are motivated to make more good things.

@Truthless101 I agree that negativity is much more likely to inspire complaining than awesome change in the average person. But I think the song is specifically targeting people who say "the world sucks, so there's no point in fixing it", which is a criticism that people have leveled at this project in the past. I see the song as a rebuke to those apathetic and negative people that if they don't like the world, they have even more reason to go out and work to change it.

I have to disagree with ur hate song, i believe love (like nerdfighter love) is what should motivate us to want to change things :) If infact you did hate this world, you wouldnt care, and the fuck with it, but no, we lovvvvveeeee this world and the people who live in it (as terrible as they may be) and therefor, we want to make it better, with stuff like project for awesome.

Its all from love Hank, not hate. Hate motivates wars and stuff that make u hate even more.
