Hi @Slash040386 and @pentalfakos, our Guitar Craft Academy is open to international students. To find out more about the curriculum for the guitar craft program by viewing our course catalog (available on our website by clicking "Programs" --> "Course Catalog [PDF]") and navigating to page 108. If you have more questions, we recommend contacting an admissions counselor at admissions@mi.edu or by calling 323-462-1384. They can discuss the program with you in more detail.
Applying to this right now, looking for an apartment near by, and getting ready to get out of Wisconsin, I heard this is pretty easy to get into, but wish me luck!
@Goth3m3 We can assist you in locating a safe, affordable, and comfortable place off campus. Visit our site and head on to the Housing page for more info. Keeping our fingers crossed for you!
I'm 17 right now, and I do not want to become a doctor, I want to be in a music college. As you can see from my channel, I'm obsessed with guitar craft. The only thing I'm worried about is what I should do after the course. Does the college give opportunities for work in businesses related to guitar craft?
dude i was just reading all the litature i got in the mail from them and i was wonderin the same thing and it said they try to set you up with a job im building a guitar for graduating project at school i justt started
Well the only thing about working for a guitar company is that you have to live near their factory, too, so that's a downside, because you have to separate from your friends right after high school. My friend is definitely going to MI for the audio engineering, though, and we're thinking of going together so it won't be boring.
well im not at mi yet i was just reading the stuff they sent with my application like ten mins b4 i read your comment im building the guitar for my high school graduation project
@DUY1337GUITAR Hi there! At MI, we equip all our students with the skills necessary to help them land good jobs when they graduate. We also expose them to professional music business settings, and inform them about good opportunities for networking and employment. We don't give jobs outright, but we equip our students, as best as we can, for their futures. Work hard and don't give up on your dream!
You need to submit a High School Diploma or equivalent to attend any Certificate or Degree program at MI. Generally students are age 17 or older. MI does have a 1 week Summer program that does not require a High School Diploma and students can be age 14 or older (currently Guitar Craft is not offered as part of the 1 week Summer program).
you no how badly i want to be there doing this. this school is my dream i been saving money to go there for over 3 years now and ill finaly be there next year

Federal Financial Aid is available, Grants Student loans, Scholarships... all this makes it more than affordable.
