Actually, no. On the second turn, he had enough funds to make a Battle Copter. With that, he could have attacked the infantry unit before it would have taken the HQ. I guess the computer was more focused on expansion than anything else...

@DoctuhD This actually is an AI problem, not terrible map design. I played on this map in Days of Ruin and the AI instantly sent an Anti-air over to there HQ to obliterate anything you send over there. So really, the AI is just retarded in Black Hole Rising.

Terraboy97 is right. If the com had gone first, you would have lost. That's an easy win and is a mere error of bad style of map more than anything else. If the entrance to that had been more open or not so easy to access from your part - Anyone could have beaten you.
