  • Even though he was a master con artist, Hubbard would not have forced a "public" Sci to undergo training at Flag in Spanish if that person did not speak the language!* Just more evidence that the people running Sci DO NOT know how to run the scam AT ALL.

    * The chiropractor's wife went to Flag for Sci training and they didn't have enough English-speaking auditors(!).

  • @4:22

    BINGO!!!!

Just goes to show, A PHD doesn't mean intellence!

    Hahaha!

  • I feel a bit pervy, but his wife is turning me on!!!

  • que bien planeada esta estafa que esta gente con estudios cayo completamente estamos hablando de 150.000 dolares.

cuando murio LRH tenia 650.000 millones de dolares y sumaba otros 2.000.000 de dolares por semana.

    parece una religion?

  • This guy is clearly a stupid prick. He tries to talk intelligently but his male ego is his own worst enemy. He should call up Fred Flinstone. They will have a lot in common in terms of street smarts. They will probably hang out together. His wife should punch him in his stupid snout.

  • @responsemedia

    > This guy is clearly a stupid prick.

You shouldn't criticize him for coming out and talking about his experiences. Many of the cult's victims stay silent because they're afraid of receiving criticisms just like yours.

  • A fool and his money are soon departed...lol.

  • This is a great interview and very educational for anyone thinking about trying it. DO NOT listen to ANYONE who is representing Scientology. It's a Brainwash from the get go! It sounds good so the first step and the "Hook" is a person's "Willingness". Scientology IS an empty promise!

It's a scam, a perfect con. It's perfect because even tho your being conned, it's still ultimately your decision to move forward. You become a prisoner of yourself and your paying for it!!

    It's a hamster wheel con!

  • Was someone holding a gun to this guys head, I mean why didnt he just say this is stupid as hell Im leaving, or does he deserve to be taken advantage of for being such a retard? I mean he is a chiropractor so his whole career is just as made up as his religion. What a tool.

  • Holy Smokes! Are you serious. After Jim Jones I can't believe that it still happens. They could have owned a church for themselves with that kind of cash. yikes! But thanks for your honesty. That is honorable.

  • 'they prey on doctors'

people who should know better. scientology preys on people who feel they are better than anyone else, and feeds on their ego by telling them 'it's okay to be rich, it's okay to self-worship and self-obsessed. these are keys to happiness' this is why they attract celebrities. oddly, that tenant of self elevation borrows very heavily from the church of satan.

  • Before I even got to the end of your posting I was thinking Church of Satan. Hubbard was involved in black magick with Jack Parsons before inventing Scientology, so you can see where the ideas came from. Of course that was long before Church of Satan came along under LaVey.

  • I read an interview of LaVey conducted by Marilyn Manson before his death; really calm rational stuff about relying on yourself as the most trustworthy arbiter of what's best for you, 'enlightened self-interest' comes to mind. This line of thought is VERY attractive to dr's, lawyers, celebrities, etc., professionals with plenty of cash on-hand to 'buy bridges' la-dee-dah. Ground zero for COS recruitment.

  • The danger with egotism is extremity. Knowing when to put limits on pride. Freedom is commensurate with responsibility. Let's face it, most people are looking to have someone else give them answers. Not all Phd's & Md's are egoist etc., but I think after all their education to become 'specialized' they they lack individual purpose, sometimes. That can't be taught or bought. You hit the nail on the head.

  • Totally frivolous aside:

I vote this man "most likely to be played by John Cusack if his life is ever made into a movie".

  • 50.000 is bit cheep for hireing sombody to sit infront of you, todays market suggest 250.000++

  • $cn is possibly the worst $cam cult ever! There is no comparison between ANY religion & $cn, for in the 1st place $cn is not one. It only claims to be for tax exemption & other benefits.

In the end, if anything, $cn's processes are more like what they claim to be so much against: Psychology & Psychiatry. These two saw through Hubbard's $cam and pseudo-science from the start, so Hubbard turned on them and tried to DEAD-AGENT them with the hope he one day could take them over.

  • wat's wrong with psychology and psychiatry?

  • I don't know, what's wrong with psychology and psychiatry? Is this a trick question. I give up. :)

  • lol no it's not a trick question, i just want to know why scientology is against it.

  • Re-read my original comment. The answer to your question why they're against it is there. :)

  • This is why I am going after Chiropractors. To deliver NON SCN coaching and consulting and for MUCH LESS!!!

  • RELIGION IS A HUGE SCAM!

  • Scientology is.

  • Most people who get roped into a cult are usually very intelligent people who want to do good in the world. Cults don't reveal the abusive or crazy stuff right away. They wait til you're hooked. If you believe in the virgin birth story, don't call these people stupid. Why do you believe that crock of crap?

  • Please dont compare Christianity to Scientology. They arent the same AT ALL

  • Hey, CommunistHunter: Sorry, I think I was overly harsh. I only meant that every religion has stories, especially creation stories that require faith to believe. Most people don't call Christians stupid when they believe in those types of stories. I'm NOT calling Christians stupid, just pointing out that it's a double standard among some people. Scions should be judged for their abuses of others, but not because they and believe in aliens or whatever.

  • i call Christianity stupid, it is. you'd have to be soft in the head to think it was the actual literal word of god (although the morals it teaches are good, but again, i don't trust somebody that needs the bible to learn morals, it should be something built in at birth)... however when Christianity is held up to the light of reason they don't sue, hassle or say the "suppressive people" are "fair game", they at least turn the other cheek

  • There are all kinds of morals out there, some believe that an eye for an eye is right, hitting back when being hit is right, endlessly tolerating those bad things instead of retaliating is right, only stealing from rich people is right. There are a lot of different views on what morals are more reasonable to follow, what religion does (e.g buddhism, christianity, catholicism, taoism, watever religion) guide you with teachings in order to ensure that you are following righteous morals.

  • but who is to say what is righteous? what makes religious teachers more qualified than, say, a hermit who has never had any contact with religion. if you need to be threatened with hell or promised a reward of paradise in the afterlife like all religion does, then there's something seriously wrong with your mental stability. morals certainly have grey areas brought about by social conditioning, but for the most part, morals are pretty straightforward when it comes to theft, murder or rape

  • well to find out what is righteous, there must be a criteria to discern good and bad. Telling the truth, being compassionate towards others and treating people as equals and being tolerant of other peoples' short comings. If mankind had all 3, i'm pretty sure there wouldn't be many problems. In eastern religion, your level of morality or level of heart and mind determines who is more qualified and who is more righteous. The higher ur level the closer u r to the truth.

  • indeed, but my question is why should we need religion to be compassionate etc. my problem is with organised religions which preach that their holy book is a factual literal account of historical events and that without said book you are a sub-human in cahoots with evil. people are charitable more often than not because of a genuine love of their fellow man, religious people who don't feel this love don't go on to do good deeds because god tells them to. ergo, why do we need god

  • aaaah now i know where you're coming from. From my understandings of what i've learnt from religion, the main goal of keeping your faith in god is to reach consummation so you do not have to go through the cycle of samsara (6 stages of reincarnation). Nowadays most people have lost the meaning of what a religion is, they see it as a formality. They only rely on faith and forget to cultivate their heart. E.g A person says that they believe in god, but moments later he'll pick a fight.

  • Basically you don't need to have religion to be compassionate. Gods pass their teachings down so you can leave this world after you die and not have to come back. Your main purpose isn't to be nice to everyone although it is a requirement, your main purpose is to cleanse the heart. I'm sure everyone in this world can ACT nice, but when you cleanse your heart of attachments, being nice becomes second nature, you'll selflessly think about others first without hesitation.

  • ur level is raised when u suffer hardships or when u remove attachments and desires.

  • Christianity and Scientology have a lot in common.

  • yes. couldn't agree with you more. i am an atheist, and i will argue that you cannot compare such a sick "religion" ($cientology) to the likes of christianity. that's not fair.

  • is this video really supposed to make me feel bad for these people? How can you be an educated person,a business owner, and be so weak minded. I know crystal meth users that have more common sense than these people.

  • "is this video really supposed to make me feel bad for these people?"

Probably the point is to warn people. Sympathy for these particular people is less important than stopping the fraud.

  • The easy way to stop any alleged fraud is to not give the Church money. If you have no involvement in the church why care what they do to its members??????

  • Ask some ex-members. Here on YT, I recommend the John Duignan interview and the videos from the symposium held in Germany in September last year, especially Marc Headley's. Also highly recommend reading Jeff Hawkins' book, "Counterfeit Dreams".

It's a matter of human rights abuses and brainwashing. It's not a church. If you're mentally filing the "Church of Scientology" under the category of "church" then you do not yet understand the situation.

  • I understand the situation perfectly. Whatever you call Scientology doesn't matter, here are the facts: All I see is people attacking Scientology, for what reason??? If you were wronged by the church seek legal advise and go from there, if you have no connection to the church I recommend minding your own business. If someone wants to give Scientology their time and money that is THEIR business, you have no right to interfere. I don't agree with the Church so I don't go there, problem solved.

  • "I understand the situation perfectly."

    How has this been determined?

Have you digested any of what I recommended?

  • I'm not here to say if Scientology is a church or not or if they're right or wrong. All I'm saying is that if you don't go to Scientology they can't do you any harm, and they more you fight them makes them seem more important than they really are. To be quite honest most people who claimed they have have been robbed by Scientology look and sound like morons and if it wasn't Scientology they would have ended up giving their money away to someone else lol.

  • Many are now speaking out who were afraid to before. Many of those explicitly thank Anonymous for giving them the courage to do so.

There is WAY more to the picture than what this video shows, so if you think there's not, you are simply uninformed. I gave you tips on where to start learning more, but you just want to argue without looking. Nothing I can do about that.

  • Answer one question for me Jamie; how much money did you give to Scientology?

  • they will probably be a little out of whack for the rest of thier lives.

  • this dude has issues

  • "wWHAT AM I AN IDIOT???!!...WHAT AM I STUPID??!!" aaaaahhhahahah you just paid $50,000 to find that out

  • they deserve getting scammed, went to school for 8 years haha, the most educated really are the most gullible, no street smarts

  • A chiropractor got scammed. How ironic.

  • also hey dumbass: you're not a doctor

  • The humor of a chiropractor calling scientology a ripoff is almost too great

  • yes, it is mind boggling. but, you can understand mind control through education if you're interested. cult victims are not to be blamed. anybody can fall prey to cults. nobody willingly joins a cult. nobody wants to join something that is going to hurt them. they join spiritual or political organizations that say they are doing good things in the world for growth and change. it is a con-job. a FRAUD and deception. People only learn the truth of the cult through time. by then there is big LOSS.

  • It boggles my mind. Im a college student paying my own way. Yet people can be so easily fooled into blowing $150 THOUSAND dollars on some bullshit.

People like in those in the video could have gotten more "self help" or helped the world more by using that money for a real charity.

  • everything about colleges seems like a fuckin cult.

  • I dont think Colleges are like cults. They are more like corporations now. Just my opinion.

  • Do yerself a favor. Don't download anything...this stuff is mindless cult drivel.

If yer stoopid enough to believe this shit, or gullible enough to listen to anyones answer to life, you deserve your fate.

    Expect US

But not 'cause we give a shit but 'cause you pissed us off.

    Fuck CoS

  • WIKILEAK DOT ORG is where you can download many secret Scientology documentations for free. I read the super power rundown last night and it is insane. It also includes the 100 child security questions for 6-12 year olds.

  • its actually worth well over a billion

  • L. Ron Hubbard was quoted as saying, "The way you get rich is by starting your own religion." This guy was a crappy Science-Fiction writer and he basically started this "religion/cult" from just his writings, specifically Dianetics. Just a whack job who wrote a book, and look what it's turned into. A multi-million dollar tax-exempt kingdom, where people have been enslaved, brainwashed and bankrupt and killed. This is a terrible cult which should be shut down by the FBI.

  • I don't feel sorry for these people AT ALL. If this guy is smart enough to do 8 years of college and hard science courses for the Dr. of Chiroprator, etc, but he is stupid enough to take xenu crap courses and play with clay, for 200k, sorry, you 2 are dumb asses and got what you deserved.

  • It doesn't make what Scientology did any less wrong.

  • thats not the point

  • Well, what is wrong with Scientology is that it shouldn't be labeled a Church. It's not a Church, it's a cult. It's really a multi-level marketing business, like a pyramid scam. And lastly, the IRS should take away their tax exempt status.

  • I agree with you. What makes you think I was defending Scientology? I said "It doesn't make what Scientology did any less wrong". i.e. he may have been dumb, but that doesn't mean that it's ok for $cientology to scam him and others.

Also, if it were obvious to people that Scientology is a scam it and it was easy to leave, it would be a lot less successful than it is.

  • I've been involved in Amway, Reliv and Herbalife, they are all multi-marketing schemes. From what I've read and researched, Scientology is nothing more than a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme. If you don't know what that is, I suggest you do some research on it.

  • LOL WUT? I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!11

  • Please explain the multi-level aspect of $cientology. I've never heard anyone call it that before and I have studied it and MLM fairly extensively -- both from a safe distance, thankfully.

  • This guy seems far from being introverted, he doesn't shut the fuck up. He's a smart guy, I can't believe he got duped for 200k.

  • Because they dont come to you asking for 200k the first day you "join". They fill your head with empty promises and in a society that is conditioned to agree with one another or be shunned you really think this shit works!

  • I don't know how it's possible for a smart guy like this to get so brainwashed that he gave them his entire savings, $150,000 plus more on credit cards for services where he admitted that he got nothing out of. He said he got more out of watching the Godfather and Godfather part 2 then paying 200k for Sci-Fag shit.

  • Stupid, no. Scientology has amazing marketing and PR, so anyone who hasn't heard negative things about Scientology would go along with it.

  • "Scientology has amazing marketing and PR, so anyone who hasn't heard negative things about Scientology would go along with it."

    Not quite "anyone"... but yeah.

  • The Scientology Super Power Building cost $400,000,000 and when it is finished in Clearwater, Florida will solely concentrate on the Super Power Rundown. Where the hell do they get all the God damn money from? The Super Power rundown is a small part on the bridge yet they have a $400,000,000 building dedicated to it?

  • I think it's obvious where the money comes from. People like the good doctor getting their bank accounts drained. SuperPowers are what draw in a large gullible section of the public. If the building ever was finished... Scientology would be expected to show results. The "impending super power center" is just another carrot.

  • of course I see the building every day and it is a skelaton with nothing on the inside and big holes in the side where they didn't finish the bricklaying.

  • she looks like severus snape.

  • Did these people ever sue and get their money back?

  • good question! ask everyone that acuses scientology of commiting crimes... ask what happens with all this "well documented" crimes... lol

  • it amazes me how very intelligent people fall for this scam, I just don't ever see myself "paying" someone to be happier, richer, more content, etc., these things come from within, we all are capable is we put OUR OWN MINDS to it! I don't mean to put anyone down, I know they are very crafty at what they do, its bewildering.....

  • Wise beard man, his words are wise, his face is beard.

  • Welp there ya goes, people seeking greater/higher/better things, finding out the hard way that folks promising the stars and sky usually have only their basic interests (money) in mind, so of course its YOUR OWN FAULT for failing, admitting their scamming you sort of defeats the grift.

When will people ever learn, honesty, integrity, work, etc., will beat greed out everytime, it is not simple in small business and many fail anyway (60+%), but WISE takes advantage and will suk U dry, TY RLH!

  • I'm sorry to say, but these people are epic suckers. Multi-level Marketing, Kevin Trudeau, Scientology, ... what won't these people fall for.

I'm glad there out of Scientology, but it seems they will just fall to another scam.

  • Agreed. I lost some sympathy when I heard them talking about Multi-level marketing. Many people who fall prey to Scientology are dragged in because of depression, or drugs, or something like that, and you can see how they'd buy in. But I get MORE of a squicky feeling from someone who was just looking for the best pyramid scheme to participate in.

  • whats wrong with multilevel marketing?

  • Who cares? I don't care about this and am wondering why there is such a big deal. The way to defeat anything is to keep it out of your life.

  • Life can be a pretty big thing once you start looking around, kinda hard to ignore abuses in your face, kinda head-under-a-rock to think they'll just go away when you are not involved, not very 'ethical' to say it ain't in your life so doesn't matter, this sort of apathy is unfortunately one of 'Western' societies biggest problems, like walking over a dead person to the doughnut shop "glad it wasn't me". Great that people really do care about others.

    Oooo, port-scan attack, interesting :D

  • Thanks for 3&4

  • Once again, an epic video by WBM.

  • I'm very glad these two are speaking out.

  • I half wish I could spend a session in ethics. HOW COULD YOU NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THAT SESSION? WHY DID EVERYONE BESIDES YOU GET SOMETHING FROM THAT SESSION? Because they don't want to come to ethics, lolololol.

  • wow we are talking big money here !! it is so amazing that people that are that book smart are that money stupid... God bless them they got in over there heads it seems .

  • This just proves the point.

People in scientology pay money to get nothing, but everyone else say they get something from it so you blame yourself, and selfblame automaticaly raises doubt, so you try again and again and again, but you keep losing money.

  • brave people! Bad Cult!

    April 12th

  • @emprise You bet. As a teen I was put through the paces with these con artists. Initially what the do is break you down and teach you how to communicate. That's OK, communication is good but then they proceed to tell you what to communicate (get more people to come, while we drain your bank account) Well as old L. Ron said when he was still a science fiction writer "If you want to make money start a religion". My advise stay a long way from Scientology.

  • Hope they take aways there Tax Status so the community can get some of the money Scientology is raking in.

  • Interesting...

  • They are brave. Thank you. Look forward to part 3
