  • THATS ONE SICK ASS KITCHEN! lol

  • a knee condition and you're still doing leg extensions???? Dude..even without a knee condition you should NEVER do those exercises if you value you knees at all. Just saying

  • The tendonitis is probably from not doing full range of motion. You're not going down very far on the leg press, when you stop short, it puts a ton of pressure on your knees and quads. When you break parallel you are recruiting the hamstrings and glutes and your knees will be much better off. Do full range of motion squats and deadlifts!

  • haha kooilad grape flavor is good

  • nice video mate :)

  • wow he is black he talks like a white guy

  • @Roman2737 Man I can't help it, I grew up in the suburbs all my life!

  • @Roman2737 did you grow up in a cave? there are LOADS of "white"sounding black people in every culture of the world.

  • @Roman2737 thats what i was thinking mate :)

  • you should at least have 1 exercise for the hamstring which you didn't include in your workout try doing leg curls .

  • you need to go lighter on the leg press and just really slow it down. control that wieght and focus on the muscles being worked.

  • Have you ever taken NO Explode? I like that way better than Jack3d.

  • @LPnumber1 I have taken NO Xplode, I prefer Jack3d because it requires less and is a lot more potent.

  • Wish my gym had a calf machine! Can you do calf raises on a leg press? whats the correct technique?

  • @BlackBelt10101 Of course you can do them on a leg press! Just push it forward and then just push with your toes. It works the calfs in an excellent way. Some times I incorporate them into leg presses by extending my toes at the end of the movement. The right technique is to make sure your knees do not lock at any time during the motion and try putting your legs a little higher to work further up into your glutes.

  • Good stuff man! One suggestion: When doing a leg press, push from the heels, you will feel it much more in the quads that way. And try not to lock out your knees when doing them.

  • @REDRAGON12345 Note taken! I actually just tried that and you are definitely right about that! The way I did it in the video was how I incorporate my calfs into the exercise. Thanks for the tip!

  • damn u have a nice kitchen

  • dude what do you do? or what do your parents do? i noticed your car looks like a lex or a benz

  • dude no wonder you have tendonitis, quit locking your knees, use less weight and good form, use the full range of motion. youll grow more that way.

  • isnt it expensive to work out in a gym?

  • @Koochyle It depends on where you go, in this particular case this gym is expensive, it's not like LA Fitness or 24 HOUR. I used to work for them so they hooked me up with a discount.

  • What do you take for your post-workout?
