boring show about a self-absorved 30 something who refuses to grow up. All secondary characters are one dimensional drones whose whole lives revolve around the mundade, estrogen overdosed problems of this woman-child. The show's success is a sad testament to the pervasive egotistical, delusional and childish mindset of many overly-protected rich women and men of western countries. Very depressing... Saw some episodes and kept thinking: "Other people have lives of their own. GET OVER YOURSELF"

I have just finished the second season its fab, Erin karpluk is a sublime actress and hope we see more of this beautiful talented actress.

I find it carries too many assumptions. It is very pretentious and quite frankly very naive. In fact, anyone who watches this trash ought to get a life. Like I said, - it's TV Shows like this that make people turn conventional (Local) TV Off. Furthermore, the whole thing about Telecommunications companies versus Local Television is a moot point. Too late. Should have had that conversation 20 years ago. Conventional television is dead, cable co's carry little or no weight and Erica is lame.

I kind of like the show too. I'm a 27 year old male from NW Ontario. I don't have cable, so I watch CBC a lot. Having it come on after 22 minutes certainly helps. And Erin is quite the cutie.
