Oh snap! That's just awesome. He doesn't openly say it, he puts it in a note. That is pure genius! (much unlike the 2004 version... *shakes head* I don't know why they bothered to remake this amazing musical. Nobody can beat the Original London Cast!)

@HersheysKisses637 That bothered me as well. I mean he pretty much forced her to do it after he told her that "they can't make you". I guess he does not include himself in "they" (them). Then he tells her not to "think that I don't care" but if he really did, he wouldn't of forced her.

After "Christine, Christine, don't think that I don't care, but every hope, and every prayer rests on you now!" If you really cared stupid Raoul, you wouldn't make your girlfriend risk her, and your own life, to MAYBE get back on someone!
