The holiday overlay has been running for over 10 years, and that has not once happened, so I think you're fine. ;)

I wud never do that ride during Christmas time wit if all of those lights got caught on fire and I was trapped inside on the boat

@omegamer09 Disney has some of the most advanced technology around so that is EXTREMELY unlikely. And even if they did catch, they have ways of getting people quickly out or putting the flame out. So, you'll be fine.
