Yep had this happen to me while i was djing at a rave type party. My prod company threw it at a somewhat ghetto strip bar, why? i have no idea. One of the ugly, odd looking strippers came up to the main stage and started fucking with the technics pitch slider and asked me if i would play any 50 cent. Yeah im going to mix 90BPM 50cent into old 125BPM school funk & electro funk.

Also I never listen to the radio, mainly because I DJ globally and have done for nearly 25 years now and as I get on average 1000+ new tracks a week sent to me I never get a chance to listen to radio. That's also why I stick to techno etc (my personal choice)... If you say there is good underground Hip Hop I believe you, and hopefully it's about real issues still, like it was !!!
