Marc, on strawberry net I found Edition Blanche in 5 oz bottles, too. The weird thing is that you didn't mention this size, nor is it mentioned on the Chanel website. When was this launched?

I knew you'd love something from the Chanel House. I like the smell but I never thought it would last 8 hrs. A girl told me that in this fragrance, its a flower that gives us the impression of lemon but it's not lemon. Great review Marc !!!

just got this today , better than the sport edition , havent smelled the original allure , but this a great fragrance ,

All I get with this scent is lemon and vanilla. The lemon doesn't go away. We're talking 6 hours of lemons! That's a lot of lemon. Overall, it's lemon and vanialla sweetness. That makes it smell very simple imo and not worth the price tag. Perhaps it works differently on other people's skin, but that's what I get. I got more sample to get through though.

I have this fragrance at home for some time and LOVE IT! One thing, to me it really associates fresh white-ness with that citrus in the beginning, then goes slowly to pink sandal wood... And it screams quality, you smell it and in your mind emerges the word "perfect" :) Just smell it in the shop and you'll see

So, today in the mail I got samples of both Blance and Allure Sport.

I like both quite a lot and will probably be picking up both. THAT being said however, there is something about Blanche that really stands out for ME, namely the lemon.

It seems to be hard to do lemon and pull it off without it smelling like furniture cleaner! The lemon in here is extremely well done and pleasant smelling.

i do get a bit of lemon pledge off the top, first 5min.

but after that, its all good, nice and smooth with a tiny bit of lemon on top.

One thing i dont like tho, is the projection, the dry down is too close to the skin.
