This version was played at my late husbands funeral; along with "I Want to Change" I had so many people tell me how blessed they were by the message. Twenty Seven years later it still brings peace to my heart and soul.

@ljonesluv  Amen Amen!!! That time period from the late seventies to the mid eighties was the "hayday" fior the imperials. They haven't been the same since Russ Taff.... Even on my ship in the Navy....the USS John F. Kennedy from 82-86 the ships store carried a complete stock of Imperials music. They were in high demand even in the Military. I often wonder what kind of stuff they sell on those ships now. God Bless and thanks for posting!!

I was probably 17 or 18 when I first heard this song. I will always love this song. I am (after 28 years) an atheist. i do still love this song. probably cuz of The Imperials, featuring Russ Taff.
